PREORDER POLICY

Payment is collected in full when a preorder is placed.

Preorder products may still be undergoing final sample, fit, material, print, wash, or quality approval. ToxicGen may require revisions before approving bulk production.

Any displayed fulfillment timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Customers will be notified of significant production delays.

Customers may request cancellation while their preorder has not entered fulfillment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Minor production adjustments may occur to improve fit, construction, materials, print quality, color consistency, or durability.

If ToxicGen makes a substantial change to the advertised product, affected customers must be notified and given appropriate options.

If ToxicGen cannot produce or fulfill an ordered item, the affected customer will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

Size exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Customers who receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item should contact ToxicGen within the timeframe stated in the Returns Policy.

Customers should contact ToxicGen before shipment if their shipping address changes.
