All items are sold as made-to-order preorders. Production begins after the preorder window closes, and your items ship after production is complete.

By placing an order you acknowledge the estimated production and shipping timeline shown at checkout and on your order status page.

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.

Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. It will not be charged again when your order ships.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an order after payment.

Contact us before production begins to change a size, color or address. Once your order enters production, changes cannot be guaranteed.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before your order enters production. After production begins, cancellations are at our discretion.

Made-to-order pieces may be returned only if faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described. Review sizing carefully before ordering.

To report a fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims are refunded or replaced at our discretion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Tracked shipping options and final rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the order delivered to the address you provided.

TOXICGEN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed with incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.
